Tom Fay is the proud owner and operator of Supreme Wood Fired Ovens. For over 15 years now he has been building ovens under the name of the DIY Pizza Company here in Fremantle helping countless satisfied customers enjoy the convenience and satisfaction of what was called the Woody wood-fired oven.

He was one of the people who started the DIY pizza oven craze selling up to 36 ovens a week prior to the Global Financial Crash.

It has given Tom great pleasure to be involved with so many happy families and individuals who share the appreciation and numerous advantages of a Woody lifestyle.

The knowledge he acquired in his previous 30 years’ experience in the tile and terra-cotta industry about heat compound and heat resistant materials formed the cornerstone and establishment of our wood fired oven business.

Unlike the many imitation or concrete wood-fired ovens on the market today, the bricks we use in our ovens have placed us as one of the top manufacturers of wood fired ovens.

But now we have a fresh look and a new approach with Tom still the master craftsman.

Today we are focused on developing the art of wood fired oven cooking bringing you the latest in design and cooking methods on coals.

We are very proud of a new range of Supreme ovens and how we will revolutionise the way we cook in what was once the humble pizza oven.

Tom wants to see all you back yard master chef’s create those amazing dishes on the Supreme Wood Fired Ovens that only the best chefs in the world hope to achieve.

Tom has also joined a unique group of companies that are involved in a new social enterprise engagement program supporting the Children’s Global Hygiene Foundation (Aus) Ltd and its remote community hygiene program. 30% of the profits from our ovens go to the foundation.
